There is just something very special about meeting a blogging friend in person. A few years ago I met Denise from A Catholic Matriarch in My Domestic Church . We were at the March for Life. In person, Denise was just as kind, gracious, intelligent, and well-informed as she is in her blog.
My experience meeting Suzanne from Suzanne's Shorelines was the same. Suzanne is just as dear, sweet, kind, warm and genuine as she is on her blog. And her smile is just as sincere and sparkly in person as in her pictures. Yup. That's really Suzanne. What a blessing from God that we were able to meet.
May we meet again. And all the rest of our blogging friends too. In the meantime, we still have these blogs and Facebook to keep in touch with. For all the dangers and hazards associated with the internet, this technology also enriches our lives, doesn't it.

Rosemary,
Thank you for the lovely compliments. I am so thankful if I truly affect people as you describe...I hope the Holy Spirit shines through..I pray often that I share my Faith by the way I am. So many times I fail..I get distressed, concerned and I don't hand it over to Our Lord as I should and that too unfortunately can show on my face..just ask Karen, but I also have good friends like you that puts that smile right smack back on my face! :)
I also hope we are blessed to meet more and more of these women. God did not allow us to meet nothing!
We prayed and it happened..just not long enough, that's all, but still grateful...it was too much fun!
Ha! There I go again...God did not allow us to meet online for nothing..is what I'd like to get across here...I think He had fun watching us from above!
PS I LOVE my Our Lady of Good Counsel picture!!! It hangs exactly where I wanted it to go and as one walks out the door, she looks down on them and hopefully, they take in some good counsel! ;)
What a blessing! I would have loved to have been there and met both of you
Suzanne, so happy the picture works well. Beautiful picture. Mimi, we would have loved to have had you there with us too. In fact, your name was mentioned, right Suzanne?
It very much was in all good ways, Rosemary! :) I just love the picture, yes, Rosemary, it is lovely!
Awww. Thank you!
