I forgot to weigh myself this morning.
Now, I grant you, I was not expecting good news.
Still, I honestly forgot to do it. (Denial, maybe?) teehee
So I have no accountability numbers. I may post them tomorrow. I might wait until next week.
Thanks to all of you who have been so encouraging to me in trying to lose these last 5-10 pounds. You're wonderful. In fact, I have found doing this every Wednesday and reading what you all say to be as encouraging to me as Weight Watchers (except it's free and I don't have to go anywhere...) Still, since I've been kind of stuck here for a bit, I may go back to Weight Watchers too. I only have maybe two pounds more before I can go back and not have to pay since I'm a lifetime member.

I need to get back on track too. I have been eating so-so with respect to two meals are within range for sure but several in the week are above and so they have balanced out mostly, but I do notice my thighs and waist are a bit more fuller and I really think more than anything for me..I'm not moving much again. It happens everytime. I so want a doggie again to help me walk. The only two things that hold me back are
where do you take them if you leave town..vacations and the other is getting up REALLY early to let them out. So, if I get one in the nicer weather, that won't be so hard and maybe I'll fall in love enough with it by next fall and winter, I'll not find the dedication so difficult. Am I bad or what?
You can do it. I just need to make time to MOVE my butt!
It's ok, we all fall off the wagon (some of us landing harder than others, due to the weight behind our fall, grin!)

And, congrats on being only 2 pounds away from lifetime! Whohooooo.
