My son John (piano man) is giving a concert next Saturday (2/7) in the afternoon.
He will play:
Scarlatti- Sonata in f minor,
Scarlatti- Sonata in Gmajor
Beethoven- Sonata in E flat
Chopin-- Etude Opus 25 no.2
Liszt-- Mephisto Waltz
Casadesus-- Toccata Op.40
It's free and open to the public. Email me if you want to come and need information :-)
And if you think of it, maybe say a little prayer for him?

I'll be there, and I am pretty sure my husband will be, too. His work schedule has been unpredictable and hectic, but he SHOULD have Saturday off. Can't wait to hear John and see you!
Wish I lived near so I could be there - as I would be in that case. But, he has my best wishes and prayers.
Wish I lived nearby too.
When I was dating my husband he worked at a classical radio station and made me a tape of Scarlotti....soft spot for me. :)
That is a big load, but I'll bet his heart is in it and God will move those fingers! :) I wish we could all (bloggers) go and attend on of his concerts together!
That would be fabulous to listen to, I'm sure. I'll ask St. Cecilia to help him through it!
He is suck a talented pianist - I know it will be so fabulous!!
Nice to see you Rosemary - so I've not been by in a while. Take care - Kellan
Thank you all. Yes, Barb, St. Cecilia. I pray to her through every concert-- pretty much non-stop.
