Here was the pool yesterday, everyone having fun in the "whirlpool." Today the water was gone. It was still hot out. We still wanted to swim. But school starts tomorrow. the summer is done. It's a little sad but Fall here in Michigan is also very beautiful and most certainly has its own charm. I actually very much enjoy the change of season. Believe it or not, there is one tree down the street that has several leaves that are starting to turn already. It won't be long now. To everything there is a season....

Our town pools closed over the weekend also, but our famly continues to swim in our pool till the end of Sept.
The kids love it and with warm weather we still have it is a nice option.
I, too, am sorry to see the summer end. And so quickly!
But, as a September baby, I always welcome this lovely month.
That whirlpool is a great tradition! I wonder how I could get our local pool to do that?!?!
