He is home, a little anemic, but no more vomiting. He's trying to schedule his surgery at this very moment. At least this incident makes it pretty clear that he needs to have the surgery done.
Please continue to pray for wisdom for the doctors and peace for Rich and his family. Could you also pray that Rich would feel the presence of God's love upon him?
