Our parish is having a parish mission this week. The speakers are from Renewal Ministries: Ralph Martin, Peter Herbeck, and Sister Ann Shields. I will be writing more about their message soon. For now, just have to get some things done so I can go to it!

Did she become a nun in recent times?
I don't think she was...but I recall her being a good speaker. It was a Charismatic gathering some years ago.
I think Ralph Martin was there too, come to think of it!
Ann Shields was part of an ecumenical sisterhood for many years that eventually received permission to become a Catholic order of sisters-- The Servants of God's Love. They've been sisters for quite a while now-- not sure how many years. Are you involved in the charismatic renewal then? Our parish is a personal parish, deignated "charismatic."
