Should Auld Acquaintance Be Forgot????

I have received a lovely photo Christmas card from a family.

I have no idea who this family is.  They do not look familiar.  Their names don't ring a bell.

The card is addressed specifically to me, not my whole family.  And I don't know these people.

Now it occurred to me that it could be a blogging friend.  But the address includes my married name (Bogdan) as well as my maiden name. Most of you don't know my maiden name.

Could it be someone from my high school or college?  The woman has a rather unusual first name and I don't remember ever knowing someone by that name.

AND IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!  WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE AND HOW DO THEY KNOW ME?!?!

OK.  If it's one of you out there and I should indeed know you, please accept my apologies and 'fess up.  I don't want to be rude.

I HAVE STARED AND STARED AT THAT PICTURE AND I DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS.

Any ideas??

What kind of family? Young couple? Your age? How many kids? Is the zip local, or somewhere more exotic?

Not me. :) Boy, you have us all really curious now, though!

Kate, it's a mom and dad with an older son and two little girls who look like they might be twins. They are very well dressed and they are from California. Their email and phone number is on the card. But I can't email her and say, "Do I know you?" LOL

Suzanne, I will feel bad if it's a blogging friend I should know.

Did you try googling her name? How about checking Reunion.com, she might have gone to your high school or college? Maybe if you find out more about her something will trigger your memory about her? Good luck and keep us posted, I'm very curious!

Mrs. Marcos, I did google her and didn't get very far. Not much there. I will check Reunion.com

Solved this mystery yet? It's not my family!

I wonder, though, if more of your readers than you think know your maiden name. Didn't you put your father's death notice here? But, I know I read the information about your father's death and I don't remember what it was.
