Weight Loss Wednesday

Heyyyyy!  I'm down a pound from last week.

OK.  So I was not allowed to eat or drink for twelve hours yesterday (in case I needed a heart cath).

But I AM down a down a pound, regardless of the reason.

I have sincerely been trying to eat less and always (usually) stop when I'm full.  So I'm happy to be down a pound.

Thanks for indulging me in this weekly accountability.  It does help.

I ate so much when I was at Franciscan Univ. They just kept feeding us and sometimes I tried to behave..meaning I could have ate so much more and almost did a couple of times. Anyway, I got home and it was obvious. I've been watching it since, except, eating a bit late at night a couple of times..after my little job cause I work until 8:15...anyway, somehow, I've lost a couple of pounds. I did walk around alot there and I've been also doing some floor exercises..which reminds me, I haven't done them today. Soooo, congrats to you and somehow to me! LOL! I'm glad you mention every 1/2 lb. Go right ahead..like St. Therese says, its those "small things!" :)

Thank you Suzanne and JOT. When the food is right in front of you it's awfully hard to resist. Lat night is sometimes hard for me too Suzanne.

I'm glad you're okay and that you have a silver lining for all the angst.
